Eastvale: Rental Law Aimed At Pot Grow Houses

New Rental Disputes Settlement Centre Established in Dubai

14 vote on the matter was delayed after landlords, real estate this one agents and property managers protested that they had not had a chance to review the ordinance, that it was expensive and went too far. As originally written, the ordinance required landlords to get certification as a business and pay an annual $46 fee for each Eastvale home they owned with a $100 inspection fee. City attorney John Cavanaugh said that after a Sept. 4 meeting with Kathy Walker, government affairs director for The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors and others, the city agreed to require only a single registration fee for a landlord with several properties. Walker said she appreciated the chance to meet with city official but still had concerns that the ordinance could violate the property rights of tenants. We understand why the city is doing this, Walker said.
